To help me recover from my second bout of shingles in my life (Note: I am a chronic hypochondriac and a cold is at worse what I've  got!) I felt the need to get back with nature and blow away the cobwebs. So the man and I partook in a leisurely stroll of our nearest country park. The weather was really good for a change so I decided to try some outdoor shots for the blog and I quite like them. Although my attire for this shot could have been a bit more exciting you must understand that I am currently battling a life threatening illness so comfort is a must! ;-)  

After the stroll our blood pressure was dangerously low and only fast food could remedy this so we darted straight to Pizza Hut - you know, just to be on the safe side. From there we headed to my home away from home-the cinema-and watched "The Fighter"   and wow I was blown away! I am no where near qualified to make a critique of the film, however I can say that the acting  from ALL the cast was absolutely terrific, and the story line went above and beyond your typical triumph against adversity type film. I am really not one to watch films that I've already seen but I'm definitely going to get this when it comes out on dvd.  

And although I'm sadly too young to recall the furore Marky mark caused with his Calvin Klein advert I'm now off  to bed to have sweet dreams of his biceps from the film.
